Hello everyone,

My name is Czarinah Bernardo, and I am reaching out with a heart heavy with hope and profound urgency on behalf of my beloved father, Ronald Rellama Bernardo. My uncle, Fidel Bernardo, stands with me as we ask for your help in a battle that is threatening to take the man we cherish.

Our father is currently fighting Multiple Myeloma, a relentless form of blood cancer that demands continuous, grueling treatment, specialized medication, and constant monitoring. Before this devastating illness struck, my father was a man defined by his strength and his honest work as a Move-It driver, pouring his labor into every day simply to provide for our family.

But in February 2025, everything changed. His health deteriorated so severely that he could no longer work. Since that day, we have been struggling—not just with the emotional and physical toll of watching him suffer, but with a crippling financial burden.

On October 25, 2025, the worst was confirmed at the National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI): Multiple Myeloma. The path to saving him is terrifyingly expensive. The required cancer medication alone costs an astonishing ₱3.2 million pesos (approximately $55,000 USD). This figure doesn't even begin to cover the mounting hospital bills, laboratory tests, and doctors' fees that tick higher with every passing day.

We have exhausted every resource. Our family is now relying on the kindness of relatives, but even their generosity has reached its limit. We are sharing basic necessities like water and electricity just to keep our heads above water. We have reached a point where we can no longer carry this crushing weight alone.

We are reaching out to you now—not because it is easy to ask, but because our love for Ronald compels us. We are fighting for his life, and we want to give him every possible chance to keep fighting this monstrous disease.
