Help Ronald Battle Stage 4 Cancer

On February 10, 2025, Ronald Wayne Guinn had an upper GI (endoscopy) procedure done at Effingham. As a result of that procedure, a tumor on his esophagus was found. They did a biopsy, and it came back positive for cancer. He then had a CT scan and a PET scan to follow. The PET scan confirmed cancer is in the tumor in the esophagus, along with cancer in the lymph nodes around the stomach and also his liver. Dr. DY consulted him on 2-24-2025 on a treatment plan for the stage 4 cancer. He is set to get his port (for chemo) on 2-27-2025 and start treatment on 03-03-2025 with scans every four treatments to see if there's any improvement. At this time, chemo is the only plan of treatment that will possibly improve the medical issue. Without this treatment, the doctor said he would be surprised if he was living by June. All proceeds will go to Ronald's medical expenses to fight the illness.
