Dear Friends and Family I am asking for your help, here is why.

I am having major back surgery on February 1st. This will result in me being out of work for at least 3 months. I will be on short-term disability which only covers 60% of my take home pay. I have rent, car payment, insurance, phone service, utilities to pay. I am sure you know disability pay is nothing after deductions. I am asking for your help for raising $5,000 so I can cover these and other basic need like food. I thank everyone for anything they can give to help me in these hard times. Please spread the work.
