Help Ron W. Bailey Share His Music with the Wide World

This fundraising effort was begun in order to complete a CD, a Vinyl record and to place the songs on a streaming platform along with a website to promote the music and the band!

I am thrilled to announce that passing the hat virtually, thanks to many people’s generosity, has raised enough funds to complete the CD! The CD is now in the manufacturing process. Everyone who has donated will of course get a free CD if they wish. The cost for 200 copies is $700, add to that the cost of mastering: $400 and copyrights $245 - you have the bottom line cost of $1345. You all did that for the band - thank you! So far: $1,725 raised! Balance of $380 goes towards the next step…

It is onward - continuing the fundraising effort to produce the Vinyl record. That does cost a bit more - for 300 albums: $2925. However, if you are into the quality sound of a good album you will appreciate why that is part of the goal! And Vinyl is making a strong musical come back so it is a great way to share this music with the world! $2925 minus $380 = $2545 to go!

As a songwriter and musician who has had the privilege of playing music with some extremely talented people over the years, I am determined to get these songs out to the world so that more folks can appreciate and enjoy what a Seattle Americana dance band can create and contribute.

Keeping a band going these days is a financial challenge. The truth is that the pay per player was better 20 years ago than it is today. This reality has made it necessary to always put out a tip jar at every gig or pass the hat among the crowd. So it is people's individual generosity that has kept many music scenes alive!

If you have been coming to listen to the band over the last few years, you will recognize most of these songs. They are some of my favorites and I'm so pleased with the way they were captured in these recordings. A heart felt thank you for your generosity!
