Hi everyone, my name is Romy. I am a physically disabled trans man facing eviction by December if I can't make enough to cover rent. I haven't been able to work for over a year now because of complications with an old hip injury and a worsening of my chronic migraines (despite treatment, I still get multiple per week). I've been applying for so many jobs, but I can't work in warehousing anymore because of my disability so it's been basically impossible to find anywhere that will hire me based on my resume, which is almost all physical labor.

I currently owe three months of past due rent; two months in full, which is $1400 ($700 each month), as well as $400 still from November. In addition, I would like to raise another $789 to cover rent + utilities in December, while my roommate and I search for a third roommate and I continue to network and apply for jobs.

If I, by some miracle, manage to raise the $2,589 I need to keep me off the streets, any further funds will go directly to funding my transition, ensuring I continue to have access to HRT, or to medical care & medication.
