On Friday, April 12, 2019, our beloved friend Romi Hudson was involved in an unfortunate incident involving an explosion while driving his hard earned project drift car. The cause of the explosion is still unknown but luckily Romi was able to jump out the window immediately but still sustaining second and third degree burns all over his body. He is currently at UMC burn center being treated and awaiting surgery for skin grafts to help the healing process.
Romi keeps positive outlook as it's his nature to be. He is heavily involved in the local dance scene as a talented dancer for the local Las Vegas Jabbawockeez show as well as a passionate automotive enthusiast, building his loved s13 drift car and regularly attending events and meets to share his love with the community. Sadly, this incident has a deep impact in his life and his family's as well.
Romi is currently unable to dance and drive but his goal to bounce back is hopeful. His friends and family have decided to give permission to start a fundraiser for Romi to get back on his feet to be able to financially cover the extensive medical costs of his recovery and to get him back to the car scene which will definitely help him heal mentally as this is close to his heart.
Any donations to help Romi would be a tremendous help in seeing him get back to home to his family, friends and community. Thank you.
