Help Romey Walk Again

Romey has always been a fun loving yorkipoo. WE LOVE HIM. He drives us crazy with his barking and sometimes we lose sleep but despite these things , Romey is family and he has always been a protector of his loved ones.

Unfortunately he has lost movement in his hind legs and can no longer walk or relieve himself on his own. At the moment, he has been needing our assistance 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. This has been very straining for the house and de-moralising to us all- even Romey himself.

We miss his energetic spirit.

After many visits to the vet, we have found out that his spine is severely injured and he will need an MRI and spinal surgery. The injury was assumed to be caused by his sudden jolting that did damage to his hip and caused a disc herniation. We have set up this GoFundMe to ask that our friends, family, and yours, may please donate to raise money for his surgery. This surgery will get him back on his feet and causing commotion like his normal loveable self. On a more serious note, it will allow Romey to be able to carry himself, without supervision.This surgery means everything to us, as it will bring this family back to its old happy self.  If you find it in your heart please donate how much you can - a little goes a long way. The surgery is set to cost around $12 - 14k CAD and we are hoping to raise as much as possible to get him back on his feet.
