Help Romeo beat COVID

We all, sadly, know someone who has been struck down with COVID.

One of our colleagues in the Philippines, Elizabeth, and all of her close family - her daughter, her partner, her sister, her father and her mother are, devastatingly, included in that reported COVID number.

Luckily, Elizabeth, her daughter, partner, and sister are recovering. However, this is not the case for her mum and dad who have both been hospitalised.

Her dad, Romeo, is in a very serious condition and needs urgent specialised treatment, Hemoperfusion.

Without this much needed treatment, Romeo, could tragically become one of the ever-increasing death stats reported in the Philippines, which stands at 34,234 as of Sept 6, 2021.

The Philippines public health system is completely overwhelmed and this life-saving treatment is only available in a private hospital.

With insurance already exhausted and mounting medical costs, I want to help Elizabeth and her family to reduce their stress in an already incredibly stressful situation.
