Hi everyone,

My name is Roman, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My family in Jamaica has lost everything after Hurricane Melissa tore through the island and completely destroyed their home — the place where we shared so many memories, laughter, and love. In a matter of hours, it was all gone.

They were able to save just a few things, but the little they have left won’t last long. Right now, they’re trying to find safety and comfort amid the wreckage — unsure where to begin, but holding on to hope that they can rebuild.

I’m so grateful that they’re alive, but it’s devastating to know they’re standing on what used to be their home, surrounded by loss and uncertainty. Our goal now is to rebuild — to give them back a sense of stability, warmth, and hope.

They urgently need shelter, food, clothing, and basic essentials. Anything you can give — no matter how small — will bring them one step closer to recovery. Even a simple share or kind words can mean more than you know.

All donations will go directly toward food, basic necessities, and building materials to construct a new, stronger home that can withstand future storms. Every dollar, every share, and every prayer helps bring us one step closer to that goal.
