Help Romanian employees with unpaid salaries

Company Monedo Holding GmbH that I worked for as a Director Operations went insolvent last month. This event has very negative consequences for one of our offices - Service Center in Romania and left 30 employees without their salaries  even for September when they worked as usual. These people are having families and government in Romania provide people with almost no unemployment support. Our shareholders refused to help us to let these people respectfully go according their rights and there is nothing else we can do.
Because of that I've decided to open a fundraise for them and help to collect at least some money.
