Roman, 26, was left paralysed after a terrible accident. As his guardian I'm doing everything I can, however we need your help to afford his medical care and rehabilitation.

Dear friends, kind strangers and all those with generous hearts,

My name is Kristina, and I'm reaching out with a humble and urgent plea.

Two months ago, my 26-year- old nephew Roman suffered a devastating spinal injury that has left him paralysed. Roman is an orphan, and I've raised him as my own since he was 12. He is not just my nephew - he is my son in every way that matters.

Since the accident, Roman has remained in the hospital in serious condition. His recovery depends on constant care; daily medications, full-time nursing and ongoing kinesiotheraphy. I've been covering all of these costs myself, but the financial burden has grown beyond what I can manage, and it’s putting Roman’s recovery at risk.

This is why I need to lean on the kindness of others.
