Help Roman Heal – Urgent Medical Care Needed for My Sweet Boy.

Hi, my name is Alliette, and I’m humbly asking for your help to save my dog, Roman. He recently developed a painful ear hematoma that requires urgent medical attention. Roman is not just a pet — he’s family. He’s my emotional support and my best friend, especially during the hardest moments in my life.

When I took Roman to the vet, the experience was devastating. The veterinarian entered the room, didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t examine Roman, and immediately yelled out “surgery!” with no compassion or explanation. When I said I likely couldn’t afford it, he walked out without another word. I was then told I couldn't return to the clinic unless I agreed to surgery — it felt more like a threat than care.

Over the years, Roman has not only been there for me, but also for many others. I’ve fostered multiple dogs in need, and Roman was like a foster dad to them all — helping them feel safe, secure, and loved. He gave them confidence and comfort during their most vulnerable times. His heart is as big as they come, and now he’s the one in need of care and love in return.

Since then, I’ve been calling other clinics and getting a range of quotes for Roman’s treatment. So far, I’ve been told it could cost anywhere between $800 and over $1,000, depending on the procedure, medication, and follow-up visits. That’s why I’ve set a fundraising goal of $1,500 — to cover Roman’s care and be prepared for any unforeseen medical expenses that may arise.

Right now, I’m a single mom going through a financially difficult time. I’m doing everything I can to keep my family afloat, but I don’t have the funds for this emergency. Roman is in pain, and I feel helpless. I would be so deeply grateful for any support you can give — whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page with others.
