Roman is my sweet 9-year-old pitbull, and he means the world to my daughter Lily and me. Over the past several months, Roman has been struggling with persistent anal gland infections. Despite multiple rounds of antibiotics, the infections keep coming back, causing him a lot of pain and discomfort. It’s heartbreaking to see him go through this, and I want nothing more than to help him feel better and enjoy his golden years.

After consulting with our vet, we learned that the best way to help Roman is to have his anal glands surgically removed before they rupture and cause even more harm. As a single mom, I’m doing my best to provide for my family, but the cost of this surgery is more than I can manage on my own. That’s why I’m reaching out for help from our community.
