My son Roman was recently nominated by his teacher to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference because of his outstanding academics and leadership skills. This is a six-day Envision by WorldStrides program held in different states, and it’s a huge honor for him to be selected. Roman has worked so hard to earn straight As, and I’m incredibly proud of his dedication and character. As a parent, I want to give him every opportunity to grow and succeed, but the cost of this program is far beyond what I can afford on my own, even with extra overtime at work.

Attending this conference would mean so much to Roman. He’ll be learning on a university campus, building his independence, confidence, and teamwork skills alongside other young leaders from across the country. I know this experience would help him grow and create memories that last a lifetime.
