Hello, My name is Andrew Trevino. My Dad (Rolly) enjoyed playing music and also making custom furniture as his source of income. Unfortunately he began to have severe pain in his hip and was advised he was going to need a hip replacement. Since 2022 my dad has not been able to do what he loved to do or work. While waiting for surgery, he was admitted to the hospital with an infection in his blood and joints. He spent 6 months in the hospital, indured a lot of pain and unfortunately had surgery after surgery to remove the infection. He was released in October 2022 and was finally able to go home but has unfortunately confined to a wheelchair and unable to walk. This was due to his hip that needed replacing has fused itself together. He finally received the call he had been waiting for and was given a date to begin the process of getting his hip replaced. Since he has not been able to work for the past year, he is in need of a little assistance with current and upcoming medical expenses. I spoke to my Dad a couple of days ago and he asked me to put together this gofund me to help him out. The last suregery was in Stanford and the cost of travel, lodging and food on top of medical expenses has been a little overwhelming.
