Help Rolland Battle Cancer

Hi, I'm working with Rolland Hansen (my son-in-law) in his battle with cancer. Please consider giving him a hand in remaining stable financially.

Rolland Hansen is an active basketball coach at Parker High School in Parker, AZ, near Lake Havasu City. Rolland has served the Parker community for 10 years. His co-workers and the residents of Parker hold him in high regard. Serving as basketball coach for the Parker High School boys, they have competed in State level tournaments four times.

Earlier this summer, Rolland discovered stage 3 esophageal cancer. After extensive testing at the Cancer Treatment Center of America in Phoenix, AZ, a chemotherapy treatment plan began in July. Radiation therapy will follow. Additional medical procedures may be necessary.

The impact of this crisis on the Hansen Family’s financial stability is significant. Each week, a 312-mile round trip to Phoenix creates a financial burden that includes funds for gasoline, lodging, meals, meds, and clinical expenses. This illness required him to move from full-time employment to temporary disability status, resulting in a loss of one-third of his monthly salary.

Financial conditions are acute, which places excessive demand on the family’s financial stability. Your prayers, encouragement, and contributions will help. Rolland’s family includes his wife Larissa and children Bryson, Kennedy, Madison, and Cameron.
