My name is Julie, and I'm the founder of Roll & Dough, a South Florida small business specializing in our Japanese milk-bread cinnamon rolls.

What started as an idea has grown into something much bigger than I could have imagined. Through farmers markets, pop-ups, social media, and the support of our community, we've been able to grow Roll & Dough from a small operation into a business producing hundreds of cinnamon rolls at a time with a growing team and an even bigger vision for what's next.

I've shared so much of this journey online—the exciting moments, the behind-the-scenes work, the mistakes, the long production days, and the challenges that come with building a food business from the ground up. Now we've reached a point where our business is growing faster than some of the infrastructure we currently have in place.

We're raising funds to help Roll & Dough invest in the infrastructure we need to continue growing—specifically **reliable business transportation for our bakery space**.

As our production has grown, so has everything we have to transport. We're now moving hundreds and thousands of cinnamon rolls at a time, along with full-size sheet trays, ingredients, packaging, market equipment, tables, signage, and other supplies between our commercial kitchen and events in our Honda Civic.

Until now, we've made it work with the resources available to us, but a recent transportation issue made us realize that relying on third-party transportation is no longer sustainable for the size our business is becoming.

A portion of the funds raised will help us secure a reliable vehicle that can be used to transport our products, equipment, and supplies to farmers markets, pop-ups, production days, and future events.

Our next major goal is establishing a permanent Roll & Dough bakery. Additional funds raised will go toward the costs associated with securing that space, including our deposit and the equipment and infrastructure needed to begin building our first permanent home.

This fundraiser will help us build what Roll & Dough is destined to be!
