Sun. Aug. 18th, our dear friend Roland Lopez suffered a stroke while on vacation for his wife's birthday in New Orleans. Fortunately, Rachel recognized the signs and rushed Roland to the nearest hospital. While being admitted Roland had a stroke. Currently, Roland is at Touro Hospital New Orleans in ICU.

Day 1- Brain continued to bleed, he could not feel his left side. He was able to lift his leg but felt no sensation.

Day 2- Sensation in left side is starting to return. He can lift his arm but not much strength.

The doctors say it will be at least 3 weeks before Roland can be released to return home. We are extremely optimistic that Roland will make a full recovery. We have no idea how long that could take. First, we need to get Roland well enough to return home. As you can imagine, this medical nightmare is adding up fast. It could be several months before Roland can return to work. They have to endure the cost to remain in New Orleans until he can travel and the medical bills.

Please help ease this burden if you can.

Roland has been a professional bartender for 30+yrs from Tahoe, to San Francisco, and for the last 15yrs Las Vegas. He is blessed by so many that love him, family, friends, customers, and co workers. Let's show Roland and Rachel some love, encouragement, prayers, and support. They could really use it during this time.
