As some of you may know, my mother and I have two cats named Mimi and Roger, who are siblings. They are 8.5 years old, and are very sweet and cute. Unfortunately, Roger has not been feeling well lately, and we are very worried about him. He has been frequently vomiting, is not taking an interest in food, and has lost a considerable amount of weight. He was taken to the vet on August 15th, and we were told that if things didn't improve, he should be taken for an Ultrasound and special blood tests. At this point, with the situation not improving, that is the best route to get Roger the help he needs and to figure out what is wrong. However, this diagnostic work is very expensive. I am currently unemployed, and neither my mother nor myself have the money to fork over for this without causing significant financial strain and stress. I know that many of you reading this love animals, and understand how important it is to take care of them as you would a human life. I only want Roger to have his best shot at living a long and happy life. The bill for this diagnostic work, to be done at an excellent facility called The Cat Practice, will come in at $1,300. That is what we are asking for assistance with. If you have it in your heart, it would mean the world to us to have some help. Thank you so much for your attention to this.
