Anybody that knows my father, Roger Myers, knows that he is one of the most generous people you will ever meet. He never hesitates to help anyone in need and never asks for anything in return.

Over the last few years, he has lost his wife of almost 50 years, was diagnosed with cancer, underwent chemo treatments for a year, and never missed a day of work at 74 years old. Now, he has lost his home in a tragic, unexpected fire. He will have to move immediately with very little assistance.

My father is a veteran. He is a hero, a proud grandfather, and loves his family and community. He probably wouldn't be happy with me asking for help on his behalf, but I am at a loss, and we can't do this on our own. Every cent makes a huge difference. Prayers are welcome. We need all of them we can get.
