Help Roger & Karina With Medical After A Devastating Loss
Donation protected
UPDATED: My name is Stephen Sullivan and I’m trying to raise funds for Roger and Karina Rivas who lost everything when a tornado flattened their house in London, KY just prior to midnight on May 16, 2025.
As of today, May 30th, we received unpleasant news at Roger’s medical appointment. Roger’s right arm received a laceration from flying debris during the storm and received 16 stitches to close it. Unfortunately, the stitches did not close the wound, and now he must see a surgeon for the next steps. We already know that Karina’s insurance will only cover a fraction of the procedures, so they will need as much financial assistance as they can get. You can see what Roger’s arm currently looks like in the updates section. This really shows that his arm needs a bit of work. Any extra help is appreciated.
The Rivas family relocated from California last year, and in March, they started ROKA Construction to bring a Southern California vibe to Kentucky homes. Unfortunately, they lost all their tools, clothes, furniture, etc., and they have to restart their lives for a second time in less than a 12-month span.
If you follow me on Facebook, Roger is the one who is rebuilding my deck and treehouse. Please help them out as any donations are more than what they have at the moment.
