Help Roger Destroy Cancer

Here we are racking our brains.

On March 6, our brother, Roger, went to the emergency room with an unstoppable nosebleed. Soon after, he was put in an ambulance and transferred to Northwestern Medical Center. He was then blindsided by the gut-wrenching news that he is battling an aggressive form of Leukemia (AML).

He's a husband. Father of 4 (+2 giant fur babies). Son. Son-in-law. Brother. Godfather. Uncle. Nephew. Cousin. Friend. Coach. Colleague. To name a few. He's the rock of our family, our ride or die, and there's nothing he wouldn't do to help those around him.

Roger is strong-willed and undoubtedly stubborn. He will fight and he will beat this disease. He has been in positive spirits and hasn't lost his crude sense of humor in the process - which is one of the many things we all know and love about him.

Right now, there are a lot of unknowns for Roger and the family; we're learning and adapting as we go. Some of these unknowns have financial implications both big and small including medical expenses, caregiving, transportation and general living as Roger is the sole provider and on a commission-based income. Many of you have reached out to ask how you can help support him and his family, so this GoFundMe is one of those ways. We are so appreciative of all of the amazing support and positivity coming his way and we won’t let our faith fail us. Please send all of the prayers, positive vibes, and encouraging words to continue lifting him up.
