Help Rogelio Get Life-Saving Surgery

Help my Dad receive the medical attention needed.

My dad, Rogelio was recently diagnosed with coronary artery disease. He will need to undergo a surgery soon or his condition will get worse. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide set amount on my own and do not count on any sibling. Rogelio is a hard working man and he hopes to live a longer life. To my knowledge $1,000 would be used towards his medical expenses and the $3,000 would be for his surgery. It breaks my heart that I am unable to provide for my dad.
