Early the morning of August 19, Louis Charles Rodriguez "Louito" unexpectedly passed away. He would have been 33 next month. Louis was the younger sibling to LouAnn Garza and the only son of Nancy Rodriguez. Both Nancy and LouAnn have been a part of the Reilly Elementary School for many years. Nancy has worked at Reilly for 12 years, and LouAnn for 7. With such an unexpected loss, the family is seeking financial assistance to plan for his funeral.
