Hello, my name is Rodney Bray and I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer earlier this year.  In the past five months, I have been hospitalized
five times and have been dealing with congruent issues resulting from my cancer including several blood clots (DVT) in my right leg and
right arm and anemia from rectal bleeding (resulting in seven blood transfusions).  I recently underwent surgery to remove my thyroid,
right cervical lymph node and right vocal cord which were all damaged by the cancer.  I still have a couple more procedures still pending to
prevent future rectal bleeding and to at least partially restore my current vocal disability. 
   

Having been out of work the past five months, I have fallen significantly behind being able to pay my bills and to afford groceries.  The
stress of trying to manage my finances during this extremely difficult time has led me to initiate this GoFundMe campaign because I have
simply run out of options leaving me completely unable to meet my obligations and take care of my family.
