It’s been a rough road, but we’re still fighting. Roderick’s transplant in June unfortunately failed, and since then his kidney function has dropped to just 8%. He recently had to start dialysis, but he remains strong and hopeful. He continues to face it all with courage and faith.
The good news is that he’s back on the active transplant list, and we’re praying every day for a match.
My friend’s son, Roderick, was recently added to the National Kidney Donor List. Roderick is a vibrant 17-year-old who has faced the challenges of end-stage renal disease since birth with courage and resilience. Born with underdeveloped kidneys, he has endured a lifetime of medical treatments, but now he urgently needs a life-saving kidney transplant.
