My brave brother Rod Starr has cancer  of the laryx. 

Drs want to remove the entire laryx and he will lose speech, breath through a stoma in his neck and never jump in the surf again.

Early in the year he endured 6 weeks of intensive radiation and drs thought they’d got it . Last weeks biopsy revealed that  they didn’t .
He needs many specialised therapies to learn how to  breath , speak and eat.  He can’t work for the foreseeable future and will need constant care until he can safely be alone.
I am setting up this go fund me page to raise money to get Rod through this as he won’t ask for help but  is always there to help others.
Rod has a lot to live for with his 2 sons, 2 daughters 3 grandkids, a wonderful partner, loving family and awesome friends. Please help me make his journey the best we can with a donation, no matter how small to ease the financial burden and get the best possible therapies and aids.
