Hello. My name is Rocky, I am a single father who works his butt off to try and keep my head above water. I am a diabetic but got my A1C down from 12 to 5.6 in less than a year. And got all of my other vitals down to normal or better. I bought a pair of Wolverine work boots and wore them one day and developed blister on my toe. Well that kept getting worse and eventually got infected and I just had to have it amputated. I have been off work for a week and it looks like I might be off longer. That being said I have a son to feed, bills due and a house to maintain. Anyone that knows me knows I hate asking for any help, but I have no other choice this time. Anything and everything will be appreciated greatly, even sharing this will help. I have given the shirt off my back to many people literally and metaphorically. I am hoping that some of the positive I try to put out in the world will come back to me. Thank you for everything.
