This is Rocky, a 13-year-old rescue. We have had Rocky for 9 years, and he has become the best protector for our family!

On July 20th, a very mean man tried to take Rocky from us. He hit him over the head with a machete. This has left my small family in shock. I'm a single mother of 2 boys and simply cannot afford this vet bill. Anything helps! Thank you and please share!

Update: Rocky got to come home today. He is still very disoriented and getting used to wearing a cone. I have update my goal after receiving the final vet bill of just under $4000. Rocky will require numerous follow up visits with our primary care vet which will be additional expenses.

I am also seeking legal counsel to ensure this man never hurts another animal!
