Help Rocky Get the Surgery he Needs, Support Striking Percy

Please help support Rocky get the surgery he needs to be pain free and live a full and happy life! Rocky has a cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) tear which is leading to pain, discomfort, and inability to live a full and happy life. I am asking for your help because Rocky's dad, Percy, is currently on strike and does not have the funds to support his dear Rocky. In fact, Percy almost gave up Rocky for adoption out of fear that he cannot give Rocky the surgery and care he needs to live a happy and pain free life.
