Help Rocky — He Almost Didn't Make It Through the Night

Hey everyone, my name is Shaya and this is Rocky. He's our 3 year old Mini Australian Shepherd and honestly one of the best dogs you'll ever meet.

Rocky is the kind of dog who greets you every single time you walk in the room. He loves to eat, loves to crawl under blankets with the covers over his eyes, and will sit right on your lap the second he thinks it's dinnertime. He has a Mini Aussie brother and together they make our house feel full of life.

So when he suddenly stopped eating, stopped playing, and stopped greeting us at the door, we knew something was really wrong.

He started throwing up badly and had blood in his stool. We rushed him to the emergency vet where they told us he was severely dehydrated and likely would not have survived through the night without immediate care.

Rocky was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and Enterocolitis. He spent 2 days in emergency care receiving around the clock treatment and is finally home, but he is still recovering.

Our family has already been going through a difficult time. My dad recently had rotator cuff surgery and has been out of work for almost 3 months. Rocky getting sick and facing a $6,000 emergency vet bill has made an already hard situation even harder. I'm doing everything I can to help my family through this.
