We welcomed Rocko into our family last Sunday, excited for all the joy he would bring. By Monday night, our hearts sank as he suddenly fell ill. After rushing him to the vets and running numerous tests at numerous vets. We received the devastating news, Rocko has parvovirus. He's now in the dedicated care of veterinary professionals, receiving intensive treatment and medication to fight this severe illness. Thankfully, Rocko has insurance, but the policy only covers up to £5,000 as it's a free benefit from registering him with the Kennel Club, and our full policy doesn't kick in until October and already his needs have rocketed past what insurance will cover and the vets still anticipate him to be there for 4-5 more days :( Our hope is that with their help, Rocko will make a full recovery and come back home to us.
