Our cousin's baby boy, Rochin, has recently been dealing with seizures, and is currently on a ventilator in the San Mateo Medical Center in the Philippines. He has now been diagnosed with hydrocephalus, which is a build-up of fluid in the cavities deep within the brain. And he will need an operation to deal with it as soon as possible.
