Help Rochin's Family with Medical Expenses

Our cousin's baby boy, Rochin, has recently been dealing with seizures, and is currently on a ventilator in the San Mateo Medical Center in the Philippines. He has now been diagnosed with hydrocephalus, which is a build-up of fluid in the cavities deep within the brain. And he will need an operation to deal with it as soon as possible.
I'm attaching a link to the mayo clinic and their section of information on this condition to help with understanding what is going on.
His family lives in the Philippines, and as we have done what we can, we are hoping to reach out to people who may be willing to give what they can in helping with medical expenses and the financial burdens that come with them.
