Hi, my name is Loveena Reiman. On August 31, at approximately 1:50pm, my husband Dawson Reiman and I were taking our dogs out for a nice hike away from town to spend some quality time with them and get some good exercise..

While we were out, my bestest boy Rocco saw some goats in the area and jumped out of our car. He took a hard hit to the ground and he could no longer stand on his left leg.

We immediately rushed him to the vet, where they informed us that his left leg was broken. Rocco will need surgery with a metal plate insert to get him back to his happy playful self.

At this time, Rocco is not able to get surgery till Tuesday due to the holiday weekend and is currently on pain medication

My Rocco boy is a beloved part of our family and it breaks our hearts to see him in pain. He is a 7 year old Cane Corso and 141 lbs. He loves to eat, play, cuddle, and sleep. We want him to enjoy his life with us just as how he was doing before this incident. Being the age that he is, we hope to give him the best he deserves to get him back to his daily functions and live the rest of his years comfortably.
