PLEASE HELP ROCCO WALK AGAIN

EMERGENCY MRI AND SURGERY NEEDED

Hi Everyone,

My name is Trina and I am reaching out with a very heavy heart and an urgent plea for some help. My beautiful beloved French Bulldog Rocco suddenly lost ability to move his back legs properly which has also now moved to his front legs too. This has really affected Rocco, he was a happy go lucky and energetic boy but now he is sad and cant really move much. You can see the sadness in his eyes and is breaking my heart.

I rushed him to the vets and they did some tests and sent him home with some anti inflammatories and to rest hoping this would be all that he needed. They have given me the devastating news that Rocco likely has a spinal disc injury, which is unfortunately common in French Bulldogs.

The Vet explained that he needs an MRI and more than likely surgery to correct this issue. The cost for this treatment is around $10000.

Rocco is my world, my best friend, my support dog. He gets me through each day, he even got me through my breast cancer and was there for my son while I was in hospital. He is my son's sibling. We can't bare the thought of losing Rocco. The surgery has a 90% success rate offering a real chance for Rocco to recover and live a healthy happy life.

Without the surgery the only other option is euthanasia. I can't even think of that for Rocco. I am heartbroken and desperate to give Rocco the chance he deserves, but I unfortunately cannot afford this unexpected expenses on my own as I am on a carers pension.
