Help Robyn Heal and Care for Her Furbabies

My name is Robyn and I have been going through major medical issues since the beginning of 2020. It began with COVID that almost took me out. My oxygen was down to 60%.
In 2021, I had a scope surgery on my right knee to clean up the arthritis. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough and in 2022, I had to have a total knee replacement. Throughout all this time and in 2023, I suffered many hospital stays due to lung issues caused by COVID and suddenly started to have a constant headache and losing feeling in my arms and legs along with sudden shooting pains in my arms.
In September of 2024, I had to have neck surgery where they realigned and fused my C3-C6 vertebrae together. Since the surgery, I have been suffering from chronic migraines. I have missed more work now than I did before the surgery. I am just now getting the migraines under control. Unfortunately, over Memorial weekend, I took a 4' fall and landed on the top of my head, fracturing my T1 & T3. And now I am off work again for an unknown time.
The week prior to my fall, my poor Stella (one of my 5 furbabies) tore her ACL. The best I can do for her is the laser treatments as the surgery is $4500 for a dog of her size. The first week is 3 treatments, the 2nd week is 2 treatments, and the 3rd week is 1 treatment. It is just over an hour away. The cost of the treatment was $160, not a lot, but really bad timing. And my neurosurgery doctor is almost 2 hours away. My short-term disability barely covers my mortgage, electricity, and natural gas for the house. It leaves nothing for food or other expenses like laundry, as my washer died a month ago.
Every little bit helps, as I know how to make food go far and I get great gas mileage. But I also know that my insurance is coming due in just 6 weeks. Asking for help is not something that comes easy for me. I am usually the one who is helping, even when I don't have the means to help.
