My name is Robyn, and I’ve been living with chronic Lyme disease since 2016, which has left me disabled, with a slew of residual health issues, and severe hearing loss. Over the years, I’ve undergone two surgeries to receive cochlear implants, six bladder surgeries, countries tests and procedures, and while these have helped, the journey has been incredibly challenging. To keep up with my living expenses and ongoing medical costs, I’ve had to rely on high-interest short-term loans. Now, my financial situation has become overwhelming, with debts coming due soon, car registration fees approaching, and more medical expenses on the horizon. I’m actively searching for a part-time job that I can manage with my health limitations, all while living with my mom and trying to avoid bankruptcy. I’m also seeking legal and financial advice to find the best path forward, but right now, I’m struggling to make ends meet and keep my head above water.
Asking for help is not easy for me. I’ve always tried to be responsible and independent, but I’ve reached a point where I can’t do this alone. Your support would help me pay off urgent debts, cover essential expenses, and give me the breathing room I need to focus on my health and stability. I am deeply grateful for any kindness and understanding you can offer. If more is raised than I need, I promise to pay it forward by supporting another GoFundMe for someone in a similar situation. Thank you for being part of my journey to regain my life and hope.
Love always, R
