Help Robyn and her family rebuild their life.

Hi

I'm Chrissy I live in New Zealand and Robbie is my sister she has recently lost everything in the Lismore floods, in NSW her rental home, her Art studio, everything.

She has always helped others and never asks anything for herself. Its time she had the support that she gives others.

People have been so kind giving her shelter and food and clothing, but she does not have permanent accommodation and where she is staying is only temporary, they have been incredibly kind and generous, helping her clean out her home and giving her somewhere warm to stay for now with her son.

Her and her son with the help of a wonderful neighbour who stayed with her, got out on a roof when the water rose up and sat for 5 hours waiting to be rescued. Her beloved cat Gerry was in the house and by some miracle he survived, so grateful.

This will make her uncomfortable as she will feel many others will need it but I am encouraging her to feel the gift from people at a time when she has to start all over again. Anything given is so appreciated no matter how small; thank you so much, and this will go towards allowing her to find a home and the essentials of life, imagine your whole home gone there is so much to replace with just the essentials. Her son is 11 yrs old and he also lost all his possessions.

Robby had lost her studio in the previous floods and had moved it somewhere higher, unfortunately, no one could predict how high this flood would go.
