We are a passionate 5th Grade Robotics team from Gallimore Elementary School, Canton, Michigan, with an opportunity to represent P-CCS and Michigan at a World Championship event.
We started our journey in September 2025 with a decision to choose Learning from a Winning vs. Learning motto. There was no looking back since then. We are extremely grateful to have got this opportunity to learn and explore the theoretical & practical aspects of the engineering process that we could not do in a classroom setting at our grade level.
Through dedication, teamwork, and countless hours of learning and innovation, we placed among the Top 11 out of ~900 teams in Michigan. Roughly 8.5% of teams across the world reach the global stage by competing and performing well at various qualifiers and regional events.
These events are organized by FIRST - the world's leading youth robotics community. FIRST is more than just robots. Their mission is to inspire young people to innovate, build confidence, give back to the community, and prepare them for life.

At the qualifying event in Hartland, MI (Dec 6, 2025), we won the 3rd place Champions Award, which earned us a spot at the MI State Championship. At the State Championship in Mason, MI (Dec 20, 2025), we won the 1st place Robot Design Award and the 3rd place Champions Award, which earned us a spot in the Invitational World Championship scheduled for May 29 - May 31, 2026 at Los Angeles, CA.
Our team needs funds to keep competing, buy materials to improve our robot designs, travel to Invitationals, and continue our STEAM exploration journey. Every contribution directly supports hands-on learning, creativity, and the future of our engineering journey.
With your donations, we will be able to inspire more young minds from our community to become passionate about STEAM, innovate, and dream big. We can't do it without your support.
Thank you for helping our young engineers build, learn, and succeed!
With gratitude,
Avi, Gianna, Jitin, Jujhar, Mahak, Neev & Udbhav
