Help Robin be at peace

Hi, my name is Makayla. My grandmother Robin (67 years old) has been struggling with many chronic illnesses for years. Recently, she took a turn for the worse and was brought into the emergency room by ambulance after a few weeks of being incoherent, fatigued, and in severe pain. That was over a week ago. Since then, she has been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and stage four heart failure. Essentially, her heart cannot provide her body with enough oxygen… She is now in the ICU due to a drastic change in her breathing overnight. My grandmother has been in and out of consciousness for weeks now, and barely recognizes us when we visit. We anticipate that she will be gaining her angel wings soon. My poor grandfather is taken by surprise as he did not expect to lose the love of his life this soon(of whom he has spent 50+ years with), who also was the handler of their bills. They have been struggling for a few years to get by and now he is sick to his stomach with grief, as well as having to figure out the finances. Our immediate family is taken aback by this devastating change in her baseline… My grandmother is a spunky, sassy woman who loves her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild with all of her heart.
