Hi everyone,

My name is Robert, and I'm reaching out for help during a critical time in my life. I am in need of a life-saving living donor liver transplant, and the procedure is scheduled to take place at the Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah.

While I am incredibly grateful for the chance at a healthier future and the donor that's graciously giving me this second chance at life, this journey comes with significant challenges that are not covered by insurance. The transplant requires me to travel to Murray and stay there for an extended period for the surgery and crucial post-operative recovery.

Because of the intensity of the procedure and recovery, I must have a dedicated caretaker with me 24/7. This means I'm not just trying to cover my own expenses, but also for my wonderful caretaker who is putting their life on hold to support me.

This is where I humbly ask for your help. We are raising funds to cover the essential costs of this journey, including:

Travel Costs: Gas, flights, and other transportation to get to Murray, Utah, and back home for both myself and my caretaker.

Lodging: The cost of a safe and clean place to stay near the hospital in Murray for several weeks (or months) during the transplant and recovery period.

Daily Living Expenses: Funds for food, medication co-pays, and other essential living needs for both of us while we are away from home and unable to work.
