Help Support 24-Hour Care for My Mom
I’m raising funds to support the ongoing care my mom desperately needs.
Just a few years ago, my mom was an active, vibrant 67-year-old. She loved spending time with her grandkids, helping her children around the house and yard, and taking care of her own home with pride and energy.
In May 2022, her life changed forever. She went to the hospital for a follow-up after a procedure to treat a blood clot in her leg. Tragically, due to complications, she was left paralyzed from the shoulders down. She is now a quadriplegic and requires 24-hour care.
Since then, she has used up all of her life savings just to afford the care she needs. Our family has done everything we can, but we can no longer manage the cost of round-the-clock assistance on our own.
She recently celebrated her 70th birthday, but the past few years have been incredibly difficult. She’s been in and out of the hospital many times due to recurring infections, some of which have been life-threatening.
My mom has always been a loving, giving, and selfless person. It breaks my heart to see her in this condition and to struggle just to get the care she deserves. Any amount you can give—no matter how small—would mean the world to us. Your support will go directly to her essential care needs and help her get more care.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
