Hello my Name Jorge Ahumada,

Roughly 3 years ago I was commuting to work while listening to the radio when I heard Roberto Camachos story. Roberto is in his 60s, blind, has his leg amputated on one side and a toe on his other side, and is going through dialysis. Roberto is unable to work and lives by the grace of god and others. Although Roberto is alone and has been through so much he give thanks to god everyday and treats everyday like a blessing. He has truly been an eye opener for me and my kids to always be grateful for what we have.

We have helped Roberto throughout the years along with many other generous people but a few days ago when my family was visiting California we went to visit, drop off groceries, and check on Roberto. He let us know that sadly he is behind on rent and has been asked to move out of his rented by the end of this month if he cannot come up with it.

Roberto pays $850 for a bedroom in Pomona, California. THE GOAL IS TO RAISE 3 months of rent to help Roberto. Any help is appreciated.
