I never thought I’d be in this position, but I have to be real… My name is Roberto Q. I’m a father of four and a husband to an amazing, supportive wife. We also have 2 dogs and 7 cats—our home is full, and my family means everything to me. For the past couple of years, we’ve been struggling financially after a series of setbacks. Because of everything that happened, I fell behind on many of my financial responsibilities. Last night, my truck was repossessed again—something I rely on to get to work and take care of my family. My other vehicle may be next within the next couple of weeks. Right now, I’m not working, but I do have a new job starting Monday.
