Hi everyone, this is such a hard thing to do when you have a good job and your pride to swallow. However, this is not about me it’s about my wonderful uncle Robert who now lies in a caring facility upon his last days. He never married or had kids and now it’s up to the family to ensure he has the care he needs and a proper cremation. He was a great uncle with so many beautiful memories to all of our family. But most of them are now on social security and money if very limited. My sister was able to pay on a credit card to achieve the care he deserves for a month of services. She currently is not working and was caring for him. There is very limited money to buy anything additional such as pijamas additional days at the facility if needed and finally his cremation. I’m a single mother who works full time and has two daughters but I have no savings and no credit, the money I make is enough to pay my bills and keep on in this hamster cycle we call life. But I’m greatful for having a job but I’m very sad I can’t help my uncle more. With this I would like to fund raise for him to die with dignity and my family not to suffer financially. Again the funds will be used for any current medical needs at the facility or extra days and for his creamation and funeral services.
