My name is Marie Dall'Acqua and I am raising funds on behalf of my dear friend, Rob Turner who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.

Rob has already endured two intensive 28-day cycles of chemotherapy in Canada. While the Canadian healthcare system is wonderful, it unfortunately has limitations. Rob still has several more rounds of chemotherapy ahead of him as well as a bone marrow transplant that has not yet been scheduled or approved for funding.

In order to continue his life-saving treatment, Rob will need ongoing chemotherapy and access to medications that are not fully covered. These medical expenses are significant and continue to add up.

As he moves through treatment and recovery, Rob will also require caregiving support and assistance with daily living while his body heals. This means additional financial strain at a time when his focus needs to be solely on his health.
