Help Robert Pay Bills & Medical Co-Pay

Hello dear friends I am Frances Richards, wife and caregiver to my husband, Robert Richards. Robert is to this day, the hardest working man I’ve ever known. If it were up to him, he would work forever “his words, not mine.” November 2020, our lives changed. Robert was diagnosed with Stage 5 kidney failure, a result of diabetes. Devasted but determined, Robert’s kidney was removed, and he started dialysis. Unfortunately, several complications have arisen, including painful swelling in several parts of his body. Our futures have been rearranged and we are praying that with your help we can find light at the end of this tunnel. We are seeking a medical doctor outside of our medical network (possibly California). Richard’s surgeon has no openings till February 2022, representing a year of suffering from the date of his original surgery. We have tried to get Robert to see another doctor within the network, but upon review of his medical records, the Urologist declined to take Robert as a new patient.

Robert continues to work because he is concerned about our mortgage and medical payments. But the continuous swelling is causing hip pain and tightening of the skin; it’s breaking my heart. We desperately need to find the cause of the swelling in his body so he can heal. His body may be broken but his spirit to contribute to this life is still here. Can you feel the hope he feels?
