Hello. Terry S. The advocate of Robert B. Robert has been in a couple of nursing home for about 2 years after a horrible accident. Recently, a psychologist tested his cognitive acuity. Robert passed with flying colors.

Robert’s adult children are estranged by choice . His wife, who had power of attorney, has passed. Consequently, unfortunately, he became a ward of the state.

At this time we have finally found an Attorney who will petition the court for a hearing with the primary goal of dismissing the guardian and eventually be discharged from the nursing home.

At this time he has no control of whatever finances he has left. The fund is to pay for the legal fees.

Please help us give Robert his freedom back. He’s a great guy who needs our help.
