Help Robert hear again

Robert has meniere's disease and it has stolen all but 14% of his hearing.   He has the opportunity to receive surgery for chochlear implants and needs 5000 to pay for this .  Robert has devoted his life to working with troubled kids in the school district.  He has reached 25 years of service and wants to be able to continue,  but the hearing loss threatens his ability to do so.   Please help Robert to improve his quality of life and in turn help him continue his work.
